CHAPTER 1 – INTRODUCTION
1. Welcome
Welcome to Sisotee, a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP"), Community Management, and Gate Access Control platform owned and operated by ANABASIS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India.

2. Purpose of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Sisotee, including:
Mobile applications Web applications Websites APIs Webhooks Software modules Hardware integrations Cloud services Future products and services provided under the Sisotee brand.
By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using Sisotee, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Sisotee.
3. About Sisotee
Sisotee is an integrated cloud platform designed to help residential, commercial, institutional and managed communities operate efficiently.
Depending on the subscription and permissions granted by a community administrator, Sisotee may provide:
Gate Access Control Visitor Management Delivery Management Staff Management Resident Management Apartment/Villa Management Society ERP Accounting Billing Maintenance Collection Complaint Management Community Discussions Classified Listings Notices Polls Parcel Management Vendor Management Facility Booking Reporting API Integrations IoT Integrations Government Integrations Payment Gateway Integrations Future modules introduced by Sisotee.
Features may differ between communities, subscription plans, jurisdictions and future releases.
4. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between:
ANABASIS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED
and
every person or organisation accessing Sisotee.
This includes, without limitation:
Residents Apartment owners Tenants Family members Visitors Domestic staff Security guards Facility managers Committee members Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) Housing societies Housing associations Builders Property managers Commercial establishments Industrial campuses Educational institutions Hotels Business parks Vendors Service providers Delivery personnel Guests Any other authorised or unauthorised user.
5. Eligibility
You may use Sisotee only if:
you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
your use complies with applicable laws;
your account information is accurate and complete; and your access has not been suspended or terminated by Sisotee.
If you use Sisotee on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
6. Updates to these Terms
Sisotee may modify these Terms from time to time.
Where required by applicable law, users will receive reasonable notice before material changes become effective.
The latest version will always be published through Sisotee's website and/or applications.
Continued use of Sisotee after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.
7. Privacy
Your use of Sisotee is also governed by the Sisotee Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, processed, stored, shared, retained and protected.
By using Sisotee, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
8. Electronic Acceptance
By clicking buttons such as:

or by otherwise using Sisotee, you acknowledge that:
you have read these Terms;
you understand them; and you agree to be legally bound by them.
Electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Scope of Services
Sisotee provides software as a service.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Sisotee does not:
own or manage any housing society;
employ security guards;
manage resident disputes;
guarantee visitor entry;
verify identities beyond supported integrations;
act as a property manager;
act as a legal adviser;
act as an accountant;
act as a government authority.
Communities remain solely responsible for their own administration, policies, finances, governance and decisions.
10. Right to Modify Services
Sisotee may:
add features;
remove features;
suspend modules;
discontinue integrations;
improve functionality;
introduce new services;
change user interfaces;
modify workflows;
upgrade infrastructure;
migrate technologies;
at any time.
Where required by applicable law or an applicable written agreement, reasonable notice will be provided before material changes take effect.
CHAPTER 2 – DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.
§2.1 "Company"
"Company", "Sisotee", "we", "our", or "us" means ANABASIS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED, together with its successors, permitted assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
§2.2 "Platform"
"Platform" means all Sisotee products and services, including:
Mobile applications Web applications Websites APIs Webhooks Cloud infrastructure Software modules Integrations Future software products released under the Sisotee brand
§2.3 "Services"
"Services" means every feature, module, function, integration, API, and capability made available through Sisotee.
Services may change over time.
§2.4 "User"
A "User" means any individual or organization accessing or using Sisotee, whether registered or not.
Users include, without limitation:
Residents Apartment owners Tenants Family members Guests Visitors Security guards Community administrators Committee members Facility managers Property managers Vendors Service providers Delivery personnel Employees Contractors Builders Developers RWAs Housing societies Commercial establishments Industrial campuses Educational institutions Hotels Any other authorized person.
§2.5 "Community"
A "Community" means any organization using Sisotee, including but not limited to:
Residential apartment complexes Villa communities Gated communities Housing societies Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) Cooperative housing societies Condominiums Mixed-use developments Commercial buildings Office parks Business parks Industrial parks Manufacturing facilities Warehouses Educational institutions Hospitals Hotels Resorts Clubs Campuses Any other managed premises.
§2.6 "Community Administrator"
A Community Administrator is a person authorized by a Community to administer Sisotee on its behalf.
Depending on permissions granted by the Community, an administrator may:
Approve users Manage residents Configure settings View reports Issue notices Manage finances Configure billing Manage security personnel Assign roles Moderate discussions Perform other administrative functions.
§2.7 "Resident"
A Resident means any individual occupying or associated with a unit within a Community.
Residents may include:
Owners Co-owners Tenants Family members Occupants Long-term authorized residents.
§2.8 "Visitor"
A Visitor means any person entering or requesting entry into a Community who is not recorded as a resident.
Visitors may include:
Personal guests Friends Relatives Business visitors Contractors Consultants Maintenance personnel Temporary workers Any other visitor approved under Community rules.
§2.9 "Delivery Personnel"
Delivery Personnel means individuals delivering goods or services to a Community, including personnel from:
E-commerce companies Food delivery platforms Grocery delivery platforms Courier companies Logistics providers Local vendors Pharmacies Restaurants Any other delivery service.
§2.10 "Vendor"
A Vendor means any business or individual providing products or services to a Community.
Examples include:
Electricians Plumbers Carpenters Housekeeping agencies Security agencies Garden maintenance providers Lift maintenance companies Contractors Pest control companies Any other supplier.
§2.11 "Security Personnel"
Security Personnel means guards or authorized personnel responsible for monitoring entry, exit, and security within a Community.
§2.12 "Account"
An Account means a registered Sisotee profile created for accessing the Platform.
Each account may contain:
Identity information Authentication credentials Contact information Permissions Activity records Community associations.
§2.13 "Content"
Content includes all information available through Sisotee, including:
Text Images Videos Audio Documents Notices Complaints Polls Classified listings Community discussions Visitor records Reports Financial records Metadata Other digital information.
§2.14 "User Content"
User Content means any Content submitted, uploaded, created, or shared by Users, including:
Posts Comments Complaints Images Profile photographs Documents Notices Classified advertisements Community discussions Poll responses Attachments Messages submitted through supported modules.
Users retain ownership of their User Content, subject to the license granted to Sisotee under these Terms.
§2.15 "Gate Access"
Gate Access means any process relating to:
Entry requests Exit requests Visitor approvals QR code validation OTP verification Security approvals Digital passes Vehicle entry Identity verification Access permissions.
§2.16 "ERP Module"
ERP Module means any business or community management functionality available within Sisotee, including:
Billing Accounting Maintenance collection Vendor management Reports Budgets Complaints Resident management Parcel management Polls Financial records Future ERP features.
§2.17 "API"
API means any Application Programming Interface provided by Sisotee that allows software systems to communicate with the Platform.
§2.18 "Third-Party Services"
Third-Party Services include external providers integrated with Sisotee, including:
Payment gateways SMS providers Email providers WhatsApp providers Push notification services Cloud hosting providers Maps Government services Identity verification services IoT hardware Analytics platforms Other software integrations.
These services are operated by independent third parties.
§2.19 "Applicable Law"
Applicable Law means all laws, regulations, rules, governmental orders, judicial decisions, and regulatory requirements applicable to the Services or the parties, including those relating to privacy, consumer protection, payments, taxation, electronic records, and cybersecurity.
§2.20 "Force Majeure Event"
A Force Majeure Event means an event beyond the reasonable control of Sisotee, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, widespread cyberattacks, cloud infrastructure outages, utility failures, or similar unforeseen events that materially affect the provision of the Services.
CHAPTER 3 – ACCOUNTS, REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY
§3.1 Eligibility
To use Sisotee, you must:
Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law;
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
If you create or use an account on behalf of a company, housing society, Resident Welfare Association (RWA), builder, property manager, or any other organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
§3.2 Account Registration
Access to certain features of Sisotee requires a registered account.
Depending on the Services being used, registration may require information such as:
Name Mobile number Email address Residential or commercial unit details Community association Vehicle information Identity details where required Other information reasonably necessary to provide the Services.
You agree that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.
§3.3 Community Approval
Registration with Sisotee does not automatically grant access to a Community.
A Community may require approval by:
A Community Administrator;
An authorized committee member;
A property manager; or Another person authorized by the Community.
Sisotee merely provides the software platform. Decisions regarding membership, residency, tenancy, access rights, or user approval are made by the Community, not by Sisotee.
§3.4 Identity Verification
To improve security and comply with applicable laws, Sisotee or a Community may require identity verification.
Verification methods may include:
Mobile number verification using OTP;
Email verification;
Government-issued identity verification through supported integrations;
Community-issued credentials;
Vehicle registration details;
Visitor verification;
Other verification methods introduced in the future.
Completion of a verification process does not constitute a guarantee of a person's identity, honesty, or legal status.
§3.5 Account Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
This includes:
Passwords;
One-Time Passwords (OTPs);
Passkeys;
Authentication devices; and Any other login credentials.
You must not:
Share your credentials with unauthorized persons;
Allow another person to impersonate you;
Circumvent security controls; or Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account.
§3.6 Two-Factor Authentication
Sisotee supports enhanced authentication mechanisms, including:
OTP-based authentication; and Passkey authentication.
Sisotee may require additional authentication for sensitive actions, including but not limited to:
Logging in from a new device;
Accessing financial information;
Performing administrative actions;
Approving visitors;
Managing payments; or Other security-sensitive operations.
§3.7 Multiple Devices
Unless restricted by a Community, users may access Sisotee from multiple authorized devices.
Users remain responsible for:
Logging out of shared devices;
Securing their own devices;
Preventing unauthorized access; and Immediately reporting suspected compromise of their account.
§3.8 Accuracy of Information
You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date.
You must promptly update information including:
Contact details;
Residency status;
Ownership status;
Vehicle information; and Other material information relevant to your use of the Services.
Certain profile changes may require approval by the Community Administrator before becoming effective.
§3.9 Account Security
If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify Sisotee immediately.
Sisotee may take actions including:
Temporarily suspending access;
Resetting credentials;
Requiring additional verification;
Blocking suspicious activity;
Investigating security incidents.
These actions are intended to protect users and the integrity of the Platform.
§3.10 Unauthorized Use
You are responsible for all activities occurring through your account unless you demonstrate that the activity resulted solely from a security failure attributable to Sisotee.
You agree to notify Sisotee immediately of any:
Unauthorized login;
Suspected fraud;
Credential theft;
Account misuse; or Security incident involving your account.
§3.11 Account Suspension
Sisotee may suspend, restrict, or temporarily disable an account where it reasonably believes that doing so is necessary to:
Protect the security of the Platform;
Prevent fraud;
Investigate suspected misuse;
Comply with legal obligations;
Protect other users; or Enforce these Terms.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, Sisotee may notify the affected user of the suspension and the reason for it.
§3.12 Account Termination
Sisotee may terminate an account if the user:
Materially breaches these Terms;
Engages in fraudulent or illegal conduct;
Infringes the rights of others;
Repeatedly violates Community rules;
Misuses the Platform;
Creates significant security risks; or Uses Sisotee in a manner that could harm the Platform, Communities, or other users.
Termination of an account does not affect obligations that accrued before termination.
§3.13 Community Deactivation
A Community Administrator may deactivate or remove a user's access to that Community in accordance with the Community's own governance rules.
Such action does not automatically delete the user's Sisotee account or any information that Sisotee is required or permitted to retain under applicable law or these Terms.
§3.14 Account Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of their Sisotee account, subject to:
Verification of identity;
Outstanding legal obligations;
Regulatory retention requirements;
Active disputes;
Fraud investigations;
Financial record retention; and Other legitimate business purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Deletion requests will be handled in accordance with Sisotee's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
§3.15 No Sale or Transfer of Accounts
User accounts are personal to the registered user or authorized organization.
Unless expressly permitted in writing by Sisotee:
Accounts may not be sold;
Accounts may not be transferred;
Accounts may not be sublicensed;
Login credentials may not be shared to bypass access controls.
Any unauthorized transfer may result in suspension or termination.
§3.16 Survival of Obligations
Termination, suspension, or deletion of an account does not affect provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive, including those relating to:
Intellectual property;
Confidentiality;
Payment obligations;
Indemnification;
Limitation of liability;
Data retention;
Governing law;
Dispute resolution; and Other continuing obligations.
CHAPTER 4 – ACCEPTABLE USE & USER CONDUCT
The integrity, safety, and reliability of Sisotee depend on responsible use by all users. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Chapter and all applicable laws.
§4.1 Lawful Use
You must use Sisotee only for lawful purposes and in accordance with:
These Terms;
Applicable laws and regulations;
Community rules and policies; and Reasonable instructions issued by Sisotee or your Community Administrator.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and for all activities performed using your account.
§4.2 Respect for Others
You agree to interact respectfully with:
Residents;
Visitors;
Security personnel;
Community administrators;
Vendors;
Delivery personnel;
Sisotee employees; and Other users.
You must not use the Platform to harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse, discriminate against, or defame any person.
§4.3 Prohibited Activities
You must not use Sisotee to:
Commit or facilitate any unlawful act;
Engage in fraud or deception;
Impersonate another individual or organization;
Create fake identities or accounts;
Misrepresent your affiliation with any Community;
Circumvent security measures;
Gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
Interfere with the operation of the Platform; or Assist another person in committing any of the above.
§4.4 False Information
You must not knowingly submit false or misleading information, including but not limited to:
Identity information;
Visitor details;
Delivery information;
Vehicle information;
Complaint records;
Financial information;
Community records; or Any information used by the Platform.
Communities remain responsible for independently verifying information where appropriate.
§4.5 Misuse of Gate Access
You must not misuse any gate access feature, including by:
Creating fake visitor requests;
Approving unauthorized visitors;
Sharing visitor passes without authorization;
Circumventing access restrictions;
Tampering with QR codes or access credentials;
Using another person's visitor approval;
Allowing unauthorized entry into a Community.
Sisotee provides the technology to facilitate access management. Final decisions regarding entry remain with the Community and its authorized personnel.
§4.6 Community Features
When using discussions, notices, complaints, polls, classifieds, or other community features, you must not post or distribute content that:
Is unlawful;
Is defamatory;
Is obscene or sexually explicit;
Promotes violence or criminal activity;
Contains hate speech or discriminatory content;
Harasses or intimidates others;
Invades another person's privacy;
Infringes intellectual property rights;
Contains malicious software or harmful code;
Is knowingly false or misleading.
Sisotee may remove such content and take appropriate action against the responsible account.
§4.7 Complaints and Reports
Complaints submitted through Sisotee should:
Be made in good faith;
Relate to genuine issues;
Contain accurate information to the best of the user's knowledge.
Users must not use the complaint system to:
Harass others;
File knowingly false complaints;
Spam administrators;
Pursue personal vendettas; or Disrupt Community operations.
§4.8 Classified Listings
Users posting classified advertisements are solely responsible for:
The accuracy of listings;
Compliance with applicable laws;
Ownership or authority to sell or advertise listed items;
Transactions entered into with other users.
Sisotee is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, or availability of goods or services advertised.
§4.9 Financial Integrity
Users must not:
Manipulate financial records;
Create fraudulent invoices;
Submit false payment confirmations;
Attempt unauthorized refunds;
Interfere with accounting records;
Misuse society funds through the Platform.
Communities remain responsible for reviewing and approving their own financial transactions.
§4.10 Technical Misuse
You must not:
Reverse engineer;
Decompile;
Disassemble;
Attempt to discover source code;
Modify;
Copy;
Create derivative works from;
Exploit vulnerabilities in; or Circumvent technical protections within the Platform,
except where such activities are expressly permitted by applicable law.
§4.11 Automated Access
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Sisotee, you must not:
Scrape the Platform;
Use automated bots to extract data;
Crawl the Services;
Perform automated account creation;
Conduct unauthorized data harvesting;
Use software that places unreasonable load on the Platform.
Authorized API access remains subject to Sisotee's API documentation and applicable agreements.
§4.12 Malicious Software
You must not upload, distribute, or transmit:
Malware;
Viruses;
Worms;
Trojan horses;
Ransomware;
Spyware;
Malicious scripts;
Harmful executable code; or Any software intended to compromise the security or operation of the Platform.
§4.13 Security Testing
You must not:
Probe or scan Sisotee infrastructure without authorization;
Attempt penetration testing without prior written approval;
Exploit security vulnerabilities;
Bypass authentication mechanisms;
Interfere with security controls.
Users discovering a security vulnerability are encouraged to report it responsibly in accordance with Sisotee's Responsible Disclosure Policy.
§4.14 Intellectual Property Rights
You must respect the intellectual property rights of Sisotee and third parties.
You must not:
Copy proprietary software;
Remove copyright notices;
Use Sisotee trademarks without permission;
Infringe patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
§4.15 Compliance with Community Rules
Each Community may adopt additional rules governing:
Visitor access;
Vehicle management;
Community facilities;
Security procedures;
Resident conduct; and Other operational matters.
Users are responsible for complying with both these Terms and the applicable Community rules. In the event of a conflict, these Terms govern your relationship with Sisotee, while Community rules govern local administration, to the extent they do not conflict with applicable law.
§4.16 Enforcement
Where Sisotee reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or poses a security or operational risk, Sisotee may take one or more of the following actions:
Issue a warning;
Remove or restrict access to content;
Suspend or terminate the user's account;
Restrict access to specific features;
Notify the relevant Community;
Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required or appropriate; and Take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or its legal rights.
Sisotee will exercise these powers in a fair and proportionate manner, taking into account the nature and seriousness of the violation where reasonably practicable.
§4.17 User Responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for:
Their conduct on the Platform;
The content they submit;
Compliance with applicable laws;
Compliance with Community rules; and Any consequences arising from misuse of Sisotee.
Nothing in this Chapter limits any other rights or remedies available to Sisotee under these Terms or applicable law.
CHAPTER 5 – GATE ACCESS CONTROL, VISITOR MANAGEMENT & SECURITY OPERATIONS
This Chapter governs the use of Sisotee's Gate Access Control and Visitor Management features. Sisotee provides technology to facilitate access management but does not itself operate gates, employ security personnel, or make admission decisions.
§5.1 Purpose of the Gate Access System
Sisotee provides digital tools to assist Communities in managing entry and exit of persons and vehicles.
Features may include:
Visitor registration Visitor approvals Pre-approved visitors Delivery management Domestic staff management Vendor access QR code-based entry OTP verification Vehicle access Digital visitor passes Entry and exit logs Watchlists IoT and access control integrations Other related features introduced in future releases.
Availability of these features may vary depending on the Community's subscription, configuration, hardware, and local policies.
§5.2 Community Control
Each Community independently determines:
Who may enter;
Who may be denied entry;
Which approvals are required;
Visitor operating hours;
Security procedures;
Vehicle policies;
Delivery policies; and Other access-related rules.
Sisotee does not establish or enforce these policies.
§5.3 Visitor Requests
Visitors may be registered through methods approved by the Community, including:
Resident invitations;
Security desk registration;
Pre-approved visitor lists;
QR code invitations;
OTP-based verification;
Other methods supported by the Platform.
Submission of a visitor request does not guarantee entry.
§5.4 Resident Approvals
Where configured by the Community, residents may:
Approve visitors;
Reject visitors;
Pre-approve guests;
Set validity periods for approvals;
Receive notifications regarding visitor requests.
Communities remain responsible for determining the scope of these permissions.
§5.5 Pre-Approved Visitors
Residents or Community Administrators may create pre-approved visitor entries, subject to Community policies.
Pre-approvals may include:
One-time access;
Date-specific access;
Time-restricted access;
Recurring access where supported; or Other access rules configured by the Community.
A pre-approval may still be refused by authorized security personnel where required for safety, legal compliance, or Community policy.
§5.6 Delivery Personnel
Sisotee may facilitate the management of delivery personnel, including:
Delivery notifications;
Resident approvals;
Entry and exit recording;
Delivery status updates;
Access verification.
Sisotee does not:
Employ delivery personnel;
Verify deliveries;
Guarantee delivery times;
Accept responsibility for delivered goods;
Supervise third-party delivery companies.
§5.7 Domestic Staff and Service Providers
Communities may use Sisotee to manage access for:
Domestic workers;
Drivers;
Gardeners;
Housekeeping staff;
Maintenance personnel;
Contractors;
Other service providers.
Approval, verification, scheduling, and continued authorization remain the responsibility of the Community.
§5.8 Security Personnel
Security guards and authorized personnel may use Sisotee to:
Register visitors;
Verify approvals;
Record entries and exits;
Scan QR codes;
Verify OTPs;
Manage delivery access;
Record incidents; and Perform other functions made available by the Platform.
Sisotee does not supervise or direct security personnel and is not responsible for their actions or omissions.
§5.9 QR Codes and Digital Passes
Sisotee may generate:
QR codes;
Digital visitor passes;
Temporary access credentials;
Electronic invitations.
These credentials:
May have expiration periods;
May be single-use or multi-use where configured;
May be revoked by authorized Community personnel; and Must not be copied, sold, transferred, or misused.
Communities may require additional verification before granting entry.
§5.10 One-Time Password (OTP) Verification
Sisotee may use OTP verification for visitor management and access control.
An OTP:
Is intended solely as an authentication mechanism;
Does not independently establish a person's identity;
Does not guarantee authorization to enter a Community.
Users must not disclose OTPs to unauthorized persons.
§5.11 Entry and Exit Records
Sisotee may maintain electronic logs relating to:
Visitor entry;
Visitor exit;
Resident access;
Vehicle movement;
Delivery personnel;
Vendors;
Security actions; and Other access events.
Such records are maintained for operational, audit, security, legal, and administrative purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
§5.12 Vehicle Management
Where enabled, Sisotee may assist Communities in managing vehicle access, including:
Resident vehicles;
Visitor vehicles;
Vendor vehicles;
Delivery vehicles;
Temporary permits; and Vehicle entry and exit logs.
Vehicle registration within Sisotee does not create any ownership rights or guarantee parking availability.
§5.13 Access Denial
A Community or its authorized personnel may deny access to any individual in accordance with:
Community rules;
Applicable law;
Security concerns; or Emergency situations.
Sisotee is not responsible for decisions made by Communities regarding admission or refusal of entry.

Sisotee is not responsible for emergency response decisions made by Communities or public authorities.
§5.15 IoT and Hardware Integrations
Sisotee may integrate with third-party hardware and systems, including:
Boom barriers;
Smart gates;
RFID readers;
QR scanners;
Biometric devices;
CCTV systems;
Intercom systems;
Smart locks; and Other access control devices.
Performance of such integrations depends upon the hardware manufacturer, installer, network connectivity, power availability, and other external factors.
Sisotee does not warrant uninterrupted operation of third-party hardware.
§5.16 Connectivity and Availability
Certain access control features depend on:
Internet connectivity;
Mobile networks;
Cloud services;
Third-party providers;
Device functionality; and Electrical power.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to circumstances beyond Sisotee's reasonable control.
Communities should maintain appropriate contingency procedures for access management.
§5.17 User Responsibilities
Users must:
Provide accurate visitor information;
Protect access credentials;
Comply with Community access rules;
Report suspected misuse promptly;
Cooperate with authorized security personnel.
Users must not attempt to manipulate or circumvent access control systems.
§5.18 No Security Guarantee
While Sisotee is designed to enhance operational efficiency and support access management, no software system can guarantee complete security or prevent all unauthorized access, criminal activity, emergencies, accidents, or security incidents.
Accordingly:
Sisotee does not guarantee that unauthorized persons will never gain entry.
Sisotee does not guarantee the prevention of theft, loss, injury, property damage, or criminal conduct.
Communities remain responsible for implementing appropriate physical security measures, employing competent personnel where necessary, and adopting suitable operational procedures.
§5.19 Allocation of Responsibilities
For clarity:
Sisotee is responsible for:
Providing the software platform;
Maintaining cloud services (subject to these Terms);
Processing authorized user requests;
Providing supported integrations;
Delivering software updates and improvements.
Communities are responsible for:
Security policies;
Admission decisions;
Verification procedures;
Guard supervision;
Physical infrastructure;
Emergency response;
Compliance with local laws;
Operation of the premises.
§5.20 Compliance with Law
Communities and users are responsible for ensuring that their use of gate access features complies with all applicable laws relating to privacy, surveillance, security, identity verification, employment, and access control.
Sisotee's provision of technology does not transfer these legal responsibilities to Sisotee.
CHAPTER 6 – ERP, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & PAYMENTS
This Chapter governs the use of Sisotee's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), accounting, billing, payment, and financial management features.
Sisotee provides software tools to assist Communities in managing their finances. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Sisotee is not a bank, payment institution, accountant, auditor, tax adviser, trustee, or financial manager.
§6.1 ERP Services
Sisotee may provide one or more ERP modules, including:
Resident management Unit management Maintenance billing Accounting ledgers Budgets Financial reports Vendor management Expense management Purchase approvals GST support Parcel management Complaint management Notices Polls Community discussions Other ERP modules introduced in future releases.
Availability depends on the Community's subscription and configuration.
§6.2 Community Financial Responsibility
Each Community is solely responsible for:
Preparing budgets;
Maintaining accurate accounting records;
Approving expenses;
Raising maintenance charges;
Collecting dues;
Paying vendors;
Filing tax returns;
Complying with accounting standards;
Complying with applicable laws.
Sisotee provides software only.
Financial decisions remain entirely with the Community.
§6.3 Maintenance Charges
Communities may create maintenance charges, including but not limited to:
Monthly maintenance Quarterly maintenance Annual maintenance Corpus fund Sinking fund Utility charges Parking charges Clubhouse charges Amenity charges Repair charges Penalties Other charges determined by the Community.
Sisotee does not determine the amount, legality, or fairness of any charge.
§6.4 Custom Charges
Communities may create additional custom charges according to their own governing documents and applicable laws.
Examples include:
Event contributions Festival collections Donations Repair assessments Infrastructure improvements Emergency collections Special assessments Any other Community-approved charge.
§6.5 Donations
Where enabled by the Community, Sisotee may facilitate voluntary donations.
Sisotee does not guarantee:
Tax deductibility;
Charitable status;
Eligibility for exemptions.
Donors remain responsible for obtaining independent tax advice where required.
§6.6 Billing Cycles
Communities may configure different billing cycles, including:
Monthly Bi-monthly Quarterly Half-yearly Annual One-time invoices Other billing frequencies supported by the Platform.
§6.7 Recurring Charges
Sisotee supports recurring billing for eligible Community charges.
Recurring invoices are generated according to the configuration established by the Community.
Communities remain responsible for reviewing recurring charges before relying upon them.
§6.8 Invoices
Sisotee may generate invoices on behalf of Communities.
Invoices may include:
Invoice numbers;
Due dates;
Charge descriptions;
Applicable taxes;
Payment status;
Other billing information.
Invoices generated through Sisotee are issued on behalf of the Community and not by Sisotee, except where Sisotee separately invoices a customer for its own products or services.
§6.9 Taxes
Sisotee currently supports Goods and Services Tax (GST) functionality.
Communities remain solely responsible for:
Determining applicable taxes;
Correct tax classification;
Filing statutory returns;
Maintaining statutory records;
Compliance with tax laws.
Sisotee does not provide tax advice.
Future support for additional tax systems may be introduced for other jurisdictions.
§6.10 Payment Methods
Payments may be made using payment methods supported by Sisotee's integrated payment gateway providers.
Communities may also record eligible offline payments where supported by the Platform.
Available payment methods may vary by country, payment provider, and Community configuration.
§6.11 Payment Gateways
Payments processed through Sisotee are handled by independent third-party payment service providers.
Sisotee does not:
Hold customer funds;
Operate a payment bank;
Guarantee payment authorization;
Guarantee uninterrupted payment services.
All payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider.
§6.12 Community Bank Accounts
Communities may configure designated bank account details for receiving payments.
Sisotee stores and displays such information solely to facilitate Community operations.
Communities are responsible for ensuring that the bank account information maintained within Sisotee is accurate and authorized.
§6.13 Payment Confirmation
A payment is considered successful only after confirmation is received from the applicable payment provider or after an authorized offline payment is recorded.
Temporary payment status displayed within the Platform may change following reconciliation or verification.
§6.14 Offline Payments
Where enabled by a Community, authorized personnel may record offline payments, including payments made by:
Cash;
Cheque;
Bank transfer;
Other methods approved by the Community.
Sisotee does not verify whether an offline payment actually occurred.
Communities remain responsible for verifying all offline transactions.
§6.15 Partial Payments
Where configured by the Community, offline partial payments may be recorded.
Online partial payments are not currently supported unless introduced in a future release.
§6.16 Late Fees
Communities may configure late payment fees, penalties, or interest in accordance with their governing documents and applicable law.
Sisotee merely calculates such charges based upon Community configuration.
Communities remain responsible for determining whether such charges are lawful and enforceable.
§6.17 Fee Waivers
Authorized Community personnel may waive eligible charges, penalties, or late fees where permitted by Community policies.
Sisotee records such actions for audit purposes but does not determine whether a waiver should be granted.
§6.18 Refunds
Where refunds are permitted, Communities remain responsible for:
Approving refunds;
Determining refund eligibility;
Ensuring sufficient funds are available.
Sisotee may facilitate the technical processing of refunds through supported payment providers but does not independently approve or reject refund requests.
Refund processing times may depend upon banks, payment gateways, card issuers, or other third parties.
§6.19 Financial Reports
Sisotee may generate financial reports, including:
Collection reports;
Outstanding dues;
Ledger reports;
Budget reports;
Income summaries;
Expense summaries;
GST reports;
Audit reports;
Other financial reports.
These reports are generated from data entered into the Platform.
Communities remain responsible for verifying their accuracy before relying upon them.
§6.20 Accounting Records
Sisotee maintains accounting records based upon information entered by authorized users.
Sisotee does not independently verify:
Financial transactions;
Supporting documentation;
Accounting accuracy;
Legal compliance.
Communities should periodically review their records and consult qualified accounting professionals where appropriate.
§6.21 Vendor Management
Communities may manage vendor information through Sisotee.
Vendor records may include:
Contact information;
Services provided;
Purchase orders;
Expenses;
Payment records;
Supporting documents.
Sisotee does not endorse, verify, or supervise vendors.
§6.22 Purchase Approvals
Where enabled, Communities may implement approval workflows for:
Purchase requests;
Expenses;
Vendor payments;
Financial transactions.
Approval workflows are configured by the Community.
Sisotee does not determine whether any transaction should be approved.
§6.23 Role-Based Permissions
Communities may assign different financial permissions to different users.
Examples include authority to:
View accounts;
Raise invoices;
Record payments;
Approve expenses;
Manage vendors;
Access reports.
Communities remain responsible for assigning permissions appropriately.
§6.24 Data Export
Communities may export eligible financial records where supported by the Platform.
Exported data becomes the responsibility of the Community once downloaded.
Communities should implement appropriate safeguards for exported financial information.
§6.25 Financial Data Retention
Financial records may be retained by Sisotee in accordance with:
Applicable laws;
Regulatory requirements;
Audit obligations;
Tax requirements;
The Sisotee Privacy Policy.
Deletion requests may not immediately remove financial records where retention is legally required.
§6.26 Limitation of Financial Responsibility
Sisotee is not responsible for:
Community accounting decisions;
Budget approvals;
Investment decisions;
Financial losses caused by inaccurate data entered by users;
Tax liabilities;
Vendor disputes;
Banking errors;
Payment gateway failures;
Fraud committed by Community representatives;
Misappropriation of Community funds.
Communities remain solely responsible for their financial administration and for reviewing all transactions before acting upon them.
CHAPTER 7 – COMMUNITY FEATURES, NOTICES, COMPLAINTS, DISCUSSIONS & CLASSIFIEDS
Sisotee provides digital communication and collaboration tools to help Communities manage day-to-day operations. These tools are intended to facilitate communication and administration and should be used responsibly and lawfully.
§7.1 Community Communication Features
Depending on a Community's subscription and configuration, Sisotee may provide features including:
Community notices Announcements Complaint management Community discussions Polls Classified listings Parcel notifications Resident directories Community updates Other communication features introduced in future releases.
Availability of features may vary between Communities.
§7.2 Community Notices
Authorized Community personnel may publish notices relating to matters such as:
Maintenance activities Utility interruptions Community meetings Emergency information Security advisories Community events Financial announcements Administrative updates Other operational matters.
Users are responsible for reviewing notices relevant to their Community.
Sisotee does not verify the accuracy of notices issued by Communities.
§7.3 Community Discussions
Sisotee may provide discussion forums where users can exchange information relevant to their Community.
Users agree that discussions should remain:
Respectful;
Relevant;
Constructive; and Lawful.
Discussions should not be used to harass, threaten, intimidate, or unlawfully target any individual or organization.
§7.4 User Responsibility for Content
Users are solely responsible for any content they create, upload, publish, or share through Sisotee.
This includes:
Discussion posts;
Comments;
Notices;
Complaint descriptions;
Classified listings;
Images;
Documents;
Poll responses; and Other user-generated content.
Sisotee does not routinely review all user-generated content before publication.
§7.5 Community Moderation
Communities may designate authorized moderators or administrators to manage community content.
Moderators may, subject to Community policies:
Remove content;
Hide content;
Lock discussions;
Restrict participation;
Report misconduct; or Take other moderation actions available within the Platform.
Sisotee is not responsible for moderation decisions made by Communities.
§7.6 Complaint Management
Sisotee provides tools to help Communities manage complaints and service requests.
Complaints may relate to matters including:
Maintenance issues;
Security concerns;
Common area facilities;
Housekeeping;
Parking;
Noise;
Utilities;
Administrative issues; or Other Community matters.
Sisotee does not investigate, adjudicate, or resolve complaints.
Resolution remains the responsibility of the Community.
§7.7 Anonymous Complaints
Where enabled by the Community, users may submit complaints anonymously.
Although the complainant's identity may be concealed from other users, Sisotee may retain information necessary for:
Security;
Fraud prevention;
Abuse investigations;
Compliance with applicable law; and Enforcement of these Terms.
Anonymous complaints should not be used to make knowingly false or malicious allegations.
§7.8 Complaint Assignment
Communities may assign complaints to authorized personnel for review and resolution.
Assignment of a complaint:
Does not guarantee resolution;
Does not create any legal obligation on Sisotee; and Does not establish liability on the part of Sisotee.
§7.9 Complaint Escalation
Where supported by the Platform, Communities may configure complaint escalation workflows.
Escalation procedures are determined by the Community.
Sisotee merely facilitates the configured workflow.
§7.10 Complaint Ratings
Communities may permit users to rate the handling or resolution of complaints.
Ratings represent users' opinions and do not constitute verified statements by Sisotee.
§7.11 Polls
Communities may conduct polls using Sisotee.
Polls may relate to:
Community decisions;
Resident opinions;
Event planning;
Administrative matters;
Other Community topics.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by the Community, polls conducted through Sisotee are informational and do not automatically create legally binding obligations.
Communities remain responsible for ensuring that voting procedures comply with their governing documents and applicable law.
§7.12 Classified Listings
Users may publish classified advertisements where enabled by the Community.
Listings may include items such as:
Goods for sale;
Rental opportunities;
Services offered;
Community requests; or Other lawful advertisements.
Users are solely responsible for:
Listing accuracy;
Ownership of advertised goods;
Compliance with applicable laws;
Transactions entered into with other users.
Sisotee is not a party to any transaction arising from a classified listing.
§7.13 Images and Documents
Users may upload images or documents in supported community features.
By uploading such content, users represent and warrant that:
They own the content or have permission to upload it;
The content does not infringe third-party rights;
The content complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Users remain responsible for all uploaded material.
§7.14 Content Reporting
Users may report content that they reasonably believe:
Violates these Terms;
Violates Community rules;
Infringes intellectual property rights;
Is fraudulent;
Is unlawful; or Otherwise requires review.
Sisotee and Community moderators may review reported content and take appropriate action.
Submission of a report does not guarantee that content will be removed.
§7.15 Removal of Content
Sisotee reserves the right to remove, restrict, disable access to, or otherwise moderate content where it reasonably believes that the content:
Violates these Terms;
Violates applicable law;
Creates security risks;
Infringes the rights of others;
Is fraudulent or misleading;
Could expose Sisotee or its users to legal liability.
Where appropriate, Sisotee may also suspend or terminate the responsible account.
§7.16 Editing and Deleting User Content
Where supported by the Platform, users may edit or delete their own content.
Deletion or editing may not remove:
Audit records;
Backup copies;
Records retained for legal compliance;
Information required for dispute resolution;
Other records retained under the Privacy Policy.
§7.17 Community Visibility
Communities may configure the visibility of content.
Depending on Community settings, content may be visible to:
All residents;
Selected user groups;
Community administrators;
Committee members;
Other authorized users.
Users should exercise appropriate discretion before sharing personal or confidential information.
§7.18 Intellectual Property in User Content
Users retain ownership of the content they submit to Sisotee.
By uploading or submitting User Content, users grant Sisotee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt (solely as necessary for formatting or technical compatibility), transmit, display, and distribute that content only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.
This license continues only for so long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable law and the data retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.
§7.19 Community Independence
Content published by users or Communities represents the views of those users or Communities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Sisotee does not endorse user opinions;
Sisotee does not verify factual statements made by users;
Sisotee is not responsible for disputes arising from community communications.
§7.20 Community Responsibility
Communities remain responsible for:
Their communications;
Administrative decisions;
Notices issued;
Poll administration;
Complaint handling;
Community governance; and Compliance with applicable laws.
Sisotee provides the technology platform and does not assume the role of a Community governing body.
CHAPTER 8 – APIs, INTEGRATIONS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & TECHNOLOGY
Sisotee is designed as an extensible cloud platform and may integrate with third-party products, services, hardware, software, and government systems. This Chapter governs such integrations and the responsibilities of the parties.
§8.1 Platform Integrations
Sisotee may integrate with third-party systems including, but not limited to:
Payment gateways SMS providers Email providers WhatsApp providers Push notification services Identity verification services Government systems ERP platforms Accounting software IoT devices Access control hardware Cloud infrastructure providers Analytics platforms Mapping and location services Authentication providers Other technologies introduced in the future.
Availability of integrations may vary by country, subscription plan, technical compatibility, and applicable law.

Sisotee does not guarantee successful delivery of every webhook notification.

Ownership of such open-source components remains subject to their respective licenses.
Except for those components, all proprietary software, source code, documentation, interfaces, designs, algorithms, trademarks, and other intellectual property relating to Sisotee remain the exclusive property of ANABASIS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted under any applicable open-source license.
§8.15 Future Integrations
Sisotee may introduce new integrations, APIs, automation features, or technology partners from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated, new integrations become subject to these Terms upon release.
Certain integrations may require:

Separate subscription plans;
Additional contractual terms;
Compliance with applicable laws.
§8.16 Data Shared with Third Parties
Where a user or Community enables a third-party integration, Sisotee may share information reasonably necessary to operate that integration.
Such sharing will be carried out:
In accordance with the user's instructions or Community configuration;
In accordance with the Privacy Policy;
Subject to applicable law;
Subject to reasonable security measures.
Sisotee is not responsible for how independently operated third-party services process information after it has been shared with them in accordance with the user's or Community's instructions.
§8.17 Technology Changes
Technology evolves rapidly.
Accordingly, Sisotee may:
Upgrade infrastructure;
Replace technology providers;
Modify APIs;
Introduce new authentication methods;
Retire legacy systems;
Improve security measures;
Update supported platforms.
Where required by applicable law or a separate written agreement, Sisotee will provide reasonable notice before changes that materially affect users take effect.
§8.18 No Warranty for Third-Party Services
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sisotee makes no representation or warranty regarding:
Third-party products;
Third-party software;
Third-party hardware;
Third-party services;
Third-party websites;
Third-party content;
Third-party integrations.
Any use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party provider.
§8.19 Independent Relationship
Third-party providers are independent entities.
Nothing in these Terms creates:
A partnership;
A joint venture;
An agency relationship;
An employment relationship; or A franchise relationship
between Sisotee and any third-party provider solely by virtue of an integration.
§8.20 Reservation of Rights
Sisotee reserves the right to:
Introduce new integrations;
Modify existing integrations;
Suspend integrations;
Remove integrations;
Change API functionality;
Replace technology providers;
at its reasonable discretion, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement with the customer.
CHAPTER 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, USER CONTENT, FEEDBACK & LICENSING
This Chapter governs ownership of the Sisotee Platform, intellectual property rights, user-generated content, licensing, feedback, and permitted use of the Services.
§9.1 Ownership of Sisotee
Sisotee, including the Platform and all related technology, is owned by ANABASIS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED and its licensors.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to any user.
§9.2 Sisotee Intellectual Property
The following are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of ANABASIS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors:

§9.3 Limited License to Use the Platform
Subject to these Terms, Sisotee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal, lawful, and authorized purposes.
This license:
Does not transfer ownership;
May be suspended or revoked for violations of these Terms; and Ends automatically when your right to use the Services ends.
§9.4 Restrictions

Modify the Platform;
Translate the Platform;
Reverse engineer;
Decompile;
Disassemble;
Create derivative works;
Remove proprietary notices;
Sell or resell the Services;
Lease or rent the Services;
Sublicense the Services;
Commercially exploit the Platform;
Circumvent technical restrictions;
Use Sisotee to build a substantially similar competing product through unauthorized copying or misappropriation.
Nothing in this clause restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
§9.5 Trademarks
"Sisotee", its logos, product names, slogans, trade dress, and branding are trademarks or proprietary marks of ANABASIS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED unless otherwise indicated.
You may not:
Use Sisotee trademarks;
Register confusingly similar names;
Create misleading branding;
Suggest sponsorship or endorsement where none exists,
without Sisotee's prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any trademark rights.
§9.6 Copyright
All content created or provided by Sisotee is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, or create derivative works from Sisotee's copyrighted material without prior written permission.
§9.7 User Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content that you lawfully submit, upload, create, or share through Sisotee.
This includes, where applicable:
Discussion posts;
Comments;
Notices;
Complaint descriptions;
Images;
Documents;
Classified listings;
Poll responses;
Profile photographs;
Other user-generated content.
Ownership remains subject to the license granted to Sisotee under these Terms.
§9.8 License Granted by Users
By submitting User Content, you grant Sisotee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:
Host;
Store;
Reproduce;
Process;
Format;
Adapt solely as necessary for technical compatibility;
Transmit;
Display;
Distribute; and Otherwise use the content
only to the extent reasonably necessary to:
Provide the Services;
Operate the Platform;
Secure the Platform;
Improve the Services;
Troubleshoot technical issues;
Comply with legal obligations;
Resolve disputes;
Enforce these Terms.
This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, including lawful retention for backups, security, audit, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
§9.9 User Representations
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You own the content or have sufficient rights to submit it;
Submission does not violate any applicable law;
Submission does not infringe the rights of any third party;
The content is not knowingly false or misleading;
You have obtained any necessary consents from identifiable individuals appearing in the content, where required by law.
You remain solely responsible for your User Content.
§9.10 Content Removal
Sisotee may remove, restrict access to, or disable User Content where it reasonably believes that the content:
Violates these Terms;
Violates applicable law;
Infringes intellectual property rights;
Creates security risks;
Is fraudulent;
Is abusive or harmful;
Exposes Sisotee or others to legal liability.
Where appropriate, Sisotee may notify the affected user and provide an opportunity to respond, unless doing so would be inappropriate, unlawful, or would compromise safety or security.
§9.11 Feedback and Suggestions
Sisotee welcomes suggestions relating to:
New features;
Product improvements;
Bug reports;
Design ideas;
Technical recommendations;
Business suggestions;
Other feedback.
Submission of feedback is entirely voluntary.
§9.12 License to Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, recommendations, or feature requests, you grant Sisotee a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, commercialize, and otherwise exploit that feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation, royalties, attribution, or other obligation to you.
This clause does not transfer ownership of unrelated intellectual property that you already own; it applies only to the feedback or suggestions you voluntarily provide regarding the Services.
§9.13 No Obligation to Implement Feedback
Sisotee has no obligation to:
Review submitted feedback;
Respond to feedback;
Implement requested features;
Explain product decisions.
Implementation of any suggestion remains entirely at Sisotee's discretion.
§9.14 Open Source Software
Certain components of Sisotee may include software distributed under open-source licenses.
Such components remain governed by their respective open-source license terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits or overrides rights granted under applicable open-source licenses.
Ownership of Sisotee's proprietary software remains with ANABASIS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.
§9.15 Third-Party Intellectual Property
The Platform may include trademarks, content, software, or materials owned by third parties.
Such materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to users or to Sisotee.
§9.16 Copyright Complaints
If you believe that content available through Sisotee infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice to Sisotee's designated contact containing sufficient information to identify:
The allegedly infringed work;
The allegedly infringing material;
Your contact information;
A statement of your good-faith belief; and A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, where applicable.
Sisotee may investigate and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.
§9.17 Reservation of Rights
Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms:
No intellectual property rights are transferred;
No implied licenses are granted;
No ownership interests arise through use of the Platform.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ANABASIS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED and its licensors.
§9.18 Survival
The provisions of this Chapter relating to:
Intellectual property;
Ownership;
Licensing;
Restrictions;
Feedback;
User representations; and Copyright
will survive termination of these Terms or your account to the extent necessary to give them effect.

Obtaining any required permissions before uploading information relating to third parties.
Users must not upload information that they are not legally entitled to share.

Maintain infrastructure;
Comply with legal obligations;
Respond to lawful requests from competent authorities;
Protect the rights, property, or safety of Sisotee, its users, or others.

Sisotee does not independently verify all information entered into the Platform.
§10.15 Security Incidents
If Sisotee becomes aware of a security incident affecting personal information, it will respond in a manner appropriate to the nature of the incident.
Where required by applicable law, Sisotee will provide notifications to affected individuals and/or competent authorities within the timeframes prescribed by law.
§10.16 Children's Information
Sisotee is intended primarily for use by adults and authorized organizations.
Where information relating to minors is processed (for example, where a resident registers family members), such processing must be carried out by or under the authority of a parent, legal guardian, or another person legally authorized to provide the information.
Communities and users remain responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary authority to provide such information.
§10.17 Confidential Business Information
Users may gain access to confidential operational, financial, or administrative information belonging to a Community.
Unless authorized by the Community or required by law, users must not disclose or misuse such information.
Nothing in this clause prevents disclosures protected by applicable law, such as lawful whistleblower protections where they apply.
§10.18 Privacy Policy
The Sisotee Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
In the event of any inconsistency relating specifically to the processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy will prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.
§10.19 No Absolute Guarantee
While Sisotee employs commercially reasonable safeguards, users acknowledge that:
No computer system is completely secure;
No transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free;
No software platform can guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access, cyberattacks, hardware failures, or other security incidents.
Users assume reasonable responsibility for protecting their own devices, credentials, and information.
§10.20 Continuous Improvement
Sisotee continually reviews and enhances its privacy and security practices.
Accordingly, Sisotee may:
Introduce new security technologies;
Modify authentication methods;
Improve encryption;
Update privacy practices;
Enhance fraud detection systems; and Implement additional safeguards,
provided such changes comply with applicable law and, where required, users receive appropriate notice.
CHAPTER 11 – SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Chapter governs the circumstances under which Sisotee may suspend or terminate access to the Services, the warranties and disclaimers applicable to the Platform, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and the procedures for resolving disputes.
§11.1 Suspension of Services
Sisotee may suspend, restrict, or temporarily disable access to all or part of the Services where it reasonably believes that such action is necessary to:
Protect the security or integrity of the Platform;
Prevent fraud or unauthorized access;
Investigate suspected violations of these Terms;
Comply with applicable laws or lawful governmental orders;
Protect the rights, property, or safety of Sisotee, Communities, users, or third parties;
Perform planned maintenance or emergency maintenance; or Address technical or operational issues.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, Sisotee will provide prior or prompt subsequent notice of a suspension.
§11.2 Termination by User
Users may stop using the Services and request closure of their account at any time, subject to:
Applicable legal obligations;
Outstanding payment obligations;
Ongoing investigations;
Data retention requirements;
Other obligations described in these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
Termination of an account does not automatically delete information that Sisotee is required or permitted to retain.
§11.3 Termination by Sisotee
Sisotee may terminate or permanently disable an account where a user:
Materially breaches these Terms;
Engages in fraudulent or unlawful conduct;
Repeatedly violates Community rules;
Infringes intellectual property or other legal rights;
Misuses the Platform;
Creates a material security risk; or Uses the Services in a manner likely to cause significant harm to Sisotee, Communities, users, or third parties.
Where appropriate and consistent with applicable law, Sisotee may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before termination.
§11.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to access the Services ends;
Sisotee may deactivate or remove your access credentials;
Communities may revoke your Community access;
Certain information may continue to be retained in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
§11.5 No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, Sisotee does not make any express, implied, statutory, or other warranties, including implied warranties of:
Merchantability;
Fitness for a particular purpose;
Non-infringement; or Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in this clause excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
§11.6 Availability of Services
While Sisotee aims to provide reliable Services, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
Scheduled maintenance;
Emergency maintenance;
Internet failures;
Cloud infrastructure issues;
Third-party service outages;
Force Majeure Events; or Other circumstances beyond Sisotee's reasonable control.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sisotee does not provide a guaranteed service level agreement (SLA).
§11.7 Accuracy of Information
Sisotee relies on information provided by users and Communities.
Accordingly, Sisotee does not warrant that:
User-generated information is accurate;
Community records are complete;
Financial data entered by users is correct;
Visitor information is accurate; or Information supplied by third parties is reliable.
Users and Communities remain responsible for verifying information before relying upon it.
§11.8 Third-Party Services Disclaimer
Sisotee is not responsible for:
Third-party payment providers;
Cloud providers;
Communication providers;
IoT hardware;
Government systems;
Banking systems;
Delivery companies;
Identity verification providers; or Other independent third-party services.
Their availability, performance, and security remain outside Sisotee's reasonable control.
§11.9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sisotee and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any:
Indirect damages;
Incidental damages;
Special damages;
Consequential damages;
Exemplary damages;
Punitive damages; or Losses arising from:
Loss of profits;
Loss of revenue;
Loss of business opportunities;
Loss of goodwill;
Loss of data;
Business interruption;
Procurement of substitute services; or Other similar losses,
even if Sisotee had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
§11.10 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Sisotee's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the customer to Sisotee during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If no fees have been paid to Sisotee, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
§11.11 User Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ANABASIS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from or relating to:
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable laws;
Your User Content;
Your misuse of the Services;
Your infringement of third-party rights;
Fraudulent, negligent, or unlawful conduct by you; or Disputes between you and other users, Communities, visitors, vendors, or third parties arising from your actions.
This obligation survives termination of your account.
§11.12 Community Responsibility
Communities remain solely responsible for:
Governance decisions;
Financial management;
Security operations;
Visitor admission policies;
Vendor engagement;
Resident disputes;
Compliance with applicable laws.
Sisotee provides software tools and does not assume responsibility for Community administration.
§11.13 Good-Faith Resolution
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes.
A party initiating a dispute should provide written notice describing:
The nature of the dispute;
Relevant facts;
The relief sought.
The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith discussions for 30 days following receipt of the notice.
This clause does not prevent a party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief where necessary to protect its legal rights.
§11.14 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
§11.15 Jurisdiction
Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
Where applicable law grants users non-waivable rights to bring claims in another forum, those rights are preserved.
§11.16 Survival
The following provisions survive termination or expiration of these Terms to the extent necessary to give them effect:
Intellectual Property;
Privacy and Data Retention;
Confidentiality;
Fees and Payment Obligations;
Indemnification;
Limitation of Liability;
Governing Law;
Jurisdiction;
Dispute Resolution; and Any other provision that by its nature is intended to survive.
§11.17 Cumulative Remedies
Except where expressly stated otherwise, the rights and remedies available to Sisotee under these Terms are cumulative and do not limit any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.
§11.18 Compliance with Applicable Law
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any mandatory rights or protections available to users under applicable law.
Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory legal requirements, that provision shall apply only to the extent permitted by law.
CHAPTER 12 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Chapter contains the general legal provisions governing the interpretation, enforcement, and administration of these Terms.
§12.1 Force Majeure
Sisotee shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").
Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to:
Natural disasters;
Floods;
Earthquakes;
Fires;
Epidemics or pandemics;
War;
Terrorist acts;
Civil unrest;
Riots;
Strikes or labor disputes not involving Sisotee's workforce;
Government actions;
Changes in applicable law;
Internet or telecommunications failures;
Widespread power outages;
Cyberattacks of an extraordinary nature;
Failure of third-party infrastructure providers; and Other events beyond Sisotee's reasonable control.
Sisotee will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable after the Force Majeure Event ends.
§12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified, if possible, to achieve its intended purpose in a lawful manner.
If modification is not possible, the affected provision shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
§12.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and ANABASIS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED regarding the Services.
They supersede all prior or contemporaneous:
Discussions;
Negotiations;
Communications;
Representations;
Understandings; and Agreements,
whether oral or written, relating to the Services.
Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
§12.4 No Waiver
Failure or delay by Sisotee in exercising any right, remedy, or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
A waiver shall be effective only if made expressly in writing by an authorized representative of Sisotee.
Any waiver of a particular breach shall not constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
§12.5 Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise dispose of your rights or obligations under these Terms without Sisotee's prior written consent.
Sisotee may assign or transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, including in connection with:
A merger;
Acquisition;
Corporate restructuring;
Sale of assets;
Financing transaction; or By operation of law.
Any permitted assignee shall be bound by these Terms.
§12.6 Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from Sisotee electronically.
Such communications may include:
Email;
SMS;
Push notifications;
In-app notifications;
WhatsApp messages, where enabled;
Website notices; or Other electronic communications.
Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
§12.7 Electronic Signatures
Where permitted by applicable law, your electronic acceptance of these Terms, use of click-through agreements, OTP verification, passkey authentication, or other electronic methods of authentication shall constitute your legally binding agreement to these Terms.
§12.8 Notices
Notices from Sisotee may be provided through:
The Platform;
Registered email address;
Registered mobile number;
Push notifications;
Website announcements; or Other reasonable electronic means.
Users are responsible for keeping their contact information accurate and up to date.
A notice will be deemed received when it is:
Delivered through the Platform;
Sent to the registered contact information provided by the user; or Otherwise made available in accordance with these Terms, subject to applicable law.
§12.9 Changes to These Terms
Sisotee may amend or update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
Changes in applicable law;
Regulatory requirements;
New features;
Security improvements;
Business practices;
Technological developments; or Other operational needs.
Where changes materially affect users' rights or obligations, Sisotee will provide reasonable notice through appropriate channels before the updated Terms become effective, unless immediate changes are required by law or for security reasons.
Continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
§12.10 Relationship of the Parties
Nothing in these Terms creates or shall be construed as creating:
A partnership;
Joint venture;
Employment relationship;
Agency relationship;
Fiduciary relationship; or Franchise relationship
between Sisotee and any user, Community, vendor, partner, or third party.
§12.11 Headings
Section titles and headings are included solely for convenience and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
§12.12 Language
These Terms are prepared in the English language.
If Sisotee provides translations for convenience, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law in the event of any inconsistency or conflict.
§12.13 Export and Sanctions Compliance
Users agree to comply with all applicable export control, trade, sanctions, and import laws that apply to their use of the Services.
Users must not use the Services in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
§12.14 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
Except where expressly provided by applicable law or a separate written agreement, these Terms do not create rights enforceable by any person or entity that is not a party to these Terms.
§12.15 Interpretation
In these Terms:
Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, where the context requires.
References to one gender include all genders.
The words "including", "includes", and "such as" shall be interpreted as "including, without limitation." References to statutes include amendments, replacements, and successor legislation unless the context requires otherwise.
